Collaboration can be tricky - ensuring all parties involved walk away with equitable results and satisfaction can be a bit of work to manage - if - you don’t have good boundaries, expectations & communication.

I love working with other professionals, mutually benefiting from creating together. It’s fun - theres often opportunities involved and in many professions it is the most prioritised way to move up in the lane you work in.

All we need are really clear and realistic ideas, firm lines that we create within and a commitment to communication.
